Manual processes limit growth
Between May and July 2025, LSQ24 processed 42,452 orders. All processes were completely manual: Delivery notes had to be sorted by hand, packages scanned individually and addresses checked. Cancellations were often only correctly recorded after several days. These processes led to delays, a high error rate and heavy customer service costs. New customers could not be optimally supported as the team was heavily utilized due to manual work. In comparison, without ERP, the processing time for >3000 orders in December 2024 was 77 hours.

Increasing order volume
The rapid growth of the TikTok shop meant that previous manual processes were reaching their limits. Without automation, it was hardly possible to process the increasing number of orders efficiently.
