We from the ruhrdot GmbH are a dynamically growing consulting firm. Our core business is the implementation and adjustment of ERP systems, the development of add-ons and interfaces, as well as data analytics and artificial intelligence.
Our employees have many years of experience as IT consultants and bring the necessary know-how for successful projects. Our developers and specialists can also implement individual customer requirements quickly and competently at any time. Candidature
You have uploaded your application (including salary expectations and earliest start date) either to recruiting (at) ruhr.agency or one of our platforms.
Review
After we have received your application, we will review your application and profile internally with your direct manager. If you have a positive first impression, we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Interviews
First, there is a brief introduction via video interview with our HR manager.
Once you're convincing there, a second interview with your immediate superior follows. Either again via video call or directly on site in our office in Essen.
Decision
We will do our best to inform you of our decision as soon as possible.

No, even though we see ourselves as a management consultancy, there is no strict dress code at our company. You can wear whatever you feel comfortable in. However, for on-site client meetings or the interviewing process, it is advisable to dress a little more business chic.
On average, we expect 3-4 weeks from screening your application to making a decision.
