Currywurst spice mix

Recipe for your curry sauce

Ingredients (2-3 portions):
50 g diced onions
3 tsp KOKS curry sausage seasoning
50 ml orange juice
300 g ketchup
Bratwurst of your choice

Preparation:
Sauté diced onions in a little oil.
Sauté 3 teaspoons of our seasoning.
Deglaze with orange juice and ketchup and bring to a boil briefly.
Pour sauce over the fried sausages - done!

Tip: If children are also eating, use only 1 tsp. For adults, simply provide a shaker to reseason.
